FRUIT AND VEGETABLES
We have expanded our fruit and vegetable production over the last few years in order to determine which crops have the potential to replace some of the sugarcane land. The perennial nature of many fruit crops reduces the risk of erosion during heavy rains, and the varied harvest times allow us to effectively allocate the labour duties, as well as the crop irrigation requirements. Good field sanitation and cultivation techniques enable us to grow our crops with a minimum of pesticides. Our trained employees care for our crops with discipline and rigor, so that we may produce crops that have the greatest taste and nutritional value possible. Our crops are always allowed to reach full maturity before harvest, ensuring the highest quality produce fit for market.
AVOCADO
A super food, rich in vitamin K, folate, vitamin C, potassium, and healthy fats, avocados are great for the heart and delicious too.

A tropical super food that may have the potential to end world hunger. Rich in healthy starch and protein, breadfruit can be eaten at any stage of development, from its young, artichoke-like beginning, through its potato-like maturity, to its sweet dessert potential at full ripeness.
CACAO
With more antioxidants than blueberries, cacao is great source of nutrition; it contains the highest source of plant-based iron, an excellent amount of magnesium, and more calcium than cow’s milk. Our aim is to produce our own chocolate and dairy-free chocolate milk.
COCONUT
A good source of fibre, iron, and potassium, coconuts are a healthy fruit that are enjoyed for their water, their flesh, and their oil. We produce 40,000 coconuts annually. All our coconut trees are cared for by pruning, without using any pesticides.

A delicacy when eaten ripe, lychees are rich in vitamin C, fibre, and B vitamins.
